After being let go in 2008 I required financing change with ASC/Wells Fargo.
Our first group of paperwork (financial statements) to start the mortgage loan modification procedure was formally submitted with Wells Fargo in April. It's today many months later and after delivering four difficulty characters, three economic worksheets and two EDD honor claims they proceed to obtain the exact same paperwork.
Recently I received a note from the Wells Fargo broker (1-866-882-5880) seeking that I provide them with a phone. After returning the phone call this morning and talking to still another consultant, who again couldn't assist using the change, but required another financial statement. They WOn't let me straight contact a loan change official who are able to really use me to change my mortgage.
It seems to become scam, the mortgage loan modification plan is non existent and ASC and Wells Fargo is creating a exercise out-of annoying property owners like myself who're facing foreclosure.
