Coming from well done web based advertisement, in to very disappointing interaction with the local Real-estate agent will make you look somewhere else and stay away from this place.
Starting with simple email interaction you immediately get the feeling (confirmed by replies) that you are been shafted.
The Re/Max rep is very vague, not willing (or capable) to provide any specific information
Spare yourself time and DO NOT try to get any useful information from Re/Max Quality One Ltd, Ajax, Ontario.
Wondering what the Canadians have to do with Panama? The answer is: they are just trying to get your money and screw you.
The local VP of Sales is rude, irritable, has absolutely no knowledge about anything, lacks any customer oriented knowledge/skills, should quit the job and have someone with real-estate agent skills take over.
No wonder the Costa Pedasi project is not moving forward and has only 5 homes build in 4 years. It still looks like waste land, and it will stay like that for years to come thanks to unqualified management by local Re/Max.
