I was shopping around for carpet but when i heard an ad about empire today i gave them a call for a appointment. The guy showed up 2 hours late and explained his daughter was sick who gives a damn. We agreed to a $4,500 deal. The next day the guys showed up and they didn't even know how to speak English give me a break... We provided water and drinks through out the day. When the job was finished at first it look great but the next day my 3 yr old son was poked by several nails. I was so disappointed. When i call the company no one is picking up the phone only that song is playing (800... TODAY) I've been trying to call for the past 2 weeks but no answer. Don't trust this fraud company. I payed a lot of money
