My 87 yr. Old mother insisted on calling them and wanted me to be at the appt. The salesperson was a joke and their products are very low quality! Against my advice, my mother placed an order with them for laminate & carpeting; which included tear up of a small area of some ceramic tile. The salesperson insisted that was no problem installing laminate where the ceramic had been. After much preparation, the installers arrived only to state they couldn't do the job! It obviously could have been done by an experienced installer. They won't give an itemization of the charges and can't even tell you what you're paying per square foot! Needless to say, we cancelled the order and are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. Their buy one room and get 2 free is nothing but a come on! Don't fall for it! Run!!!
