If you have cash these folks are very helpful, but don't count on any financing. I paid cash for the removal of all carpet in my home and the install for 2 rooms. I was then trying to finance the rest and while I qualified, Empire Today was not interested in getting this job done. They took a week to contact me about financing only after I has to get managers involved. The same managers washed their hands of me and I was left with someone filling in for the finance person who was on vacation. I was then completely ignored when I asked for further contact from management to find out why after a week I still had not been contacted by the seemingly fictitious 3rd party finance company. After I began to show the desire to contact management, my sales rep completely ignored me. I made calls to their customer service call center and was told that I just had to wait for contact and there was nobody that I could speak to other than a rude supervisor that was not interested in anything but getting me off the phone.
Bottom line, don't expect Empire Today to hold true to their advertised quick install unless you have cash.
