Beware of Foster & Foster Law Firm in Greenville, SC. I would never recommend trusting this firm with any of your legal dealings. The one attorney in particular, Joe G. Armstrong is extremely lazy, incompetent, deceitful and will bail on you if the other side says or does something to entice him. Joe G. Armstrong, should not be trusted if you are interested in winning a lawsuit in the state of South Carolina.
In fact, anyone considering a legal process should beware of the entire firm as a whole, because when we went to other partners with our concerns and requests, they ignored us. An attorney is suppose to do things during the "discovery process" of a lawsuit which will ultimately be what wins the case for the client. This attorney Joe Armstrong did nothing, not one deposition, not one phone call or letter to potential witnesses, and did not fully review all the evidence we had given him.
We were not warned that these actions were not being done during the ligation process because we trusted Mr. Armstrong was doing his job. Needless to say we lost our lawsuit. Do not ever trust your lawsuit with Foster & Foster Law Firm and I repeat Joe G. Armstrong should absolutely not be trusted, if you are interested in winning a lawsuit in the state of South Carolina.
