Nationstar called me from the orange, supplying a refi at a half-percent less than what I had been at, 30-yr. Mounted, etc. Really suspicious in the beginning but ultimately felt cozy after going right through the procedure together. Taken care of the evaluation, non refundable obviously. Evaluation is available in at $20k significantly less than what is had a need to secure the mortgage... Obviously it did! Today I am out $400 with no fresh, lower mortgage.in my opinion Nationstar defrauded me for the reason that they named & desired my refi mortgage company plus they must have or learn more info on the projected worth of the house. I'd no option in who the appraiser could be, Nationstar selected for me personally. Are they performing together...?
