Refinance Scam

I had been named by Randy Crutchfield of Primary Origin Mortgage about replacing my mortgage. He informed that I had been AUTHORIZED to get a refinance of my mortgage-based on economic info he'd from the previous mortgage he'd brokered for me personally. I told him I'd bought another house since obtaining the unique mortgage but that it had been free and obvious and my child and boy were spending all-expenses for example fees, hoais, resources (and that I closed and sent him a declaration to that particular impact. He explained it'd not influence the authorized mortgage. Then he asked me to pay for $445 for an evaluation, so when I balked at that, he assured me that when the appraisal arrived okay, the mortgage was a completed deal. I settled the charge and also the evaluation arrived good. Then after continuing to consult me for increasingly more economic files, he ultimately explained the mortgage was refused. Whatever the factors he offered me for questioning the mortgage, that $445 charge was settled to him centered on his guarantee (rest) that anything was authorized and also the JUST additional factor needed was to pay for that $445. I actually donot care why they ultimately refused the mortgage, the only real problem is the fact that I had been informed by him the $445 and evaluation were all which were required from me, which the $445 could be delivered to me once the loan closed. I submitted a problem using the BBB and Primary Supply answered with increased lies and wrong claims and blaming me of requesting them to make fraud. I will deliver you copies of my criticism and of the reaction if required. Thanks.
