Placed an order in June: cancelled in November because I still didn't get my order. No one could tell me why. Now I am trying to get my Visa reversed as they have $300! They are rude on the phone or just put you into VM. I talked with the "supervisor" who put me on hold and transferred me to a VM. No one will respond as to where my money is.
