Whoa, the corporation is anything. I've a BK from 2008 that's been released. At that time our house loan was with CitiMortgage, plus they required a re-acceptance fo the mortgage, to that the BK Judge replied that it had been "improper" in order for them to obtain a reaffirmation, whilst the loan was never area of the BK and so consistent with Florida regulation, didn't have to be reaffirned. Providing privileges for the mortgage were used in Nationstar in about December and inside a month or two we ended getting claims and were blocked-out from our online bill. Works out they began a brand new plan not to provide any mortgage info to former BK customers until they've a reaffirmation. Therefore after many months of dickering together, we delivered anything we'd on my BK, plus they eventually beginning delivering claims and permitted online entry. I thought it had been all great till I examined my credit in Septemberapproximately and discovered these were confirming the mortgage as released with a zero stability! I've obtained the actions to fix, including processing grievances using the credit agencies, but no change. I began calling them in December, and could be informed that it'd be researched, however it was never altered. I actually confirmed having a D/S repetition in late Dec. They have the BK documents and notice from my BK Judge. And so I eventually talked to somebody within their BK Department nowadays, and he or she advised me that they can not be altering how they record my standing, because it is their plan that until a reafirmation was required throughout the BK, along with a reaffirmation submitted, they'll not record at-all!!! I inquired what might occur easily ceased aking funds, and he or she stated that then your organization could be compelled to foreclose onto it's lien. We also can't publish froms from our BK, because they will simply take exactly what the National Gov't is wearing apply for the BK, and along with all this, our D/S should not have approved our files or began shipping of claims or given use of our online bill. You gotta be joking me!!! Despite the fact that they'd a duplicate of the notice from my BK Judge, they wont take it and it is against their ploicy to record properly. Holy smokes. Calling my attorney next, but when you've an identical scenario, I would like to know
