Our criticism concerns the Mortgage Loan Modification that I Have been coping with BofA and BAC Mortgage Loans since March to assist me with my mortgage repayments.
Our home equity mortgage was with BOA for 4 years. While BAC required around and spoke tome about their Loan Mod Plan, they began breaking my cost allowing me spend only 50% of my mortgage. Meanwhile, BAC is likely to be considering my mortgage to determine easily be eligible for Financing Change. I submitted all of the required documents, never create a Late-Payment, and today after 6 months BAC is informing me that I've not been approved in to the system and that I need to spend the entire quantity of $16,051.01 by May, 24 2010 (They NEVER stated when I don't qualify I've to pay for regardless of the total quantity is by he period they complete the paperwork) They're not providing me the opportunity to get a payments strategy. I appears in my experience that they're attempting to drive me out to pay for this quantity or even I'm likely to shed my home! I want anyone to assist us.
