Very difficult to return unneeded or unwanted items. You must get a return authorization number, but to get that number I have called three times and emailed once. I have been on the phone on hold for over an hour total. I have waited for three weeks for the email. Anna is unprofessional, unfriendly, and seems to use "please hold" as a way to make you just go away. There is a 25% restocking fee, and it looks like I just get a credit balance with the business rather than a refund. I'm trying to find out about that now, but getting an answer is taking... Too much of my life.
