Poor Quality & Long Delay

My husband and I purchased our baby's nursery on December 14. At the time, we were told that the items were back ordered and would be delivered the first week of Feb. As I was due in March, this was acceptable to us. As of July 13, we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED some items of this nursery. We ordered a crib, which was delivered late April with numerous defect and we rejected the shipment. Second crib was delivered late May. I accepted it despite its poor quality just becuase my baby, being 3 months at the time, had to have a bed. The changing table did not come to us until late June. I am still waiting for the bookcase, which we were told will be delivered by June at the latest.

I looked today on their website and saw that the item will not be available for shipping till late July, which mean, I may get it mid-August. Considering that I ordered all items back in December, 8 months is absolute nonesense. All the time, customer service has been useless, offering to waive the shipping charge, which I believe is a peanut in the grand scheme of things. At this point, they should offer me the entire set free of charge. They don't even call me to notify me of delays, I have to run after that. I am going to dispute all charges with Visa and have RH pick up the nursery. I won't be surprised if they would try to sell it as new. I think they are bunch of unprofessional individuals who just take your pretty penny without providing any service. Thieves.
