I heard an ad about 60% off carpets on my car radio and made an online appt. Kathleen Wilcox came, listened to us first, and then told us all we wanted to know about carpet installation—she answered all of our questions and got the installation scheduled the next day even though it wasn't easy AND got us a discount we didn't expect. The carpet people did a great job and our hallway looks perfect — the 50s music of the Empire ad goes with a 50s work ethic — things get done and well. Thanks Kathleen
