Rick was on time and was prepared to show us what was best suited for our home after just having a short conversation with my wife and I. His organizational skills were impecable and his knowledge of the various qualities of carpeting made it easier for us to choose from the large selection. He was very socialable and had a great sense of humor. We were very pleased with his sales presentation and are excited for our new carpet installation.
