You turned down my loan modification due to no fault of mine and now you are foreclosing on my house. You want around $8000 to reinstate the loan. The thing is we have no money. We only live on social security. I am asking you if we could pay 000 end put the rest of the past due payments on the end of the loan or better yet is you would put all the past due payments at the end of the loan.
