I know another associate that was terminated for being clocked in after asked by managers to come in on there day off. The managers were then questioned and responded that no such call was ever mad. I do not work in the same store but am familiar with the associate and and situation i fear that they will not complain and make the issue publicly known. How would i go about trying to get something done to have the situation looked into by a higher authority. The employee has phone records clearly showing a incoming call from the store at question on the days at question, when referenced by to managers on duty i am sure we can all do the math to find that foul play is involved. Please help me with any and all advice i would greatly appreciate it.
