Usa credit charged my bank account $149.00 and i got nothing in return. Yes i'm having to pay my bank back for paying it when it came thru and i think that is wrong because i told them not to pay Not Sure

Usa creit charged my bank account $149.00 and i got nothing in return, i called them and they told me it was too late they had already been paid and nothing could be done. I also told my bank i did not authorize that and not to pay it. They did anyway now i'm stuck having to pay it back. Something should be done about this company. What can be done, please let me? Thanks
