I bought a software from this company, first I installed in my Laptop it was fine, after a week aprox. My Laptop crash it hard disk, then I just explained them the situation and they suspended my lisence they did not want to help me over the phone, so I gave a chance to them to fix my situation or refund my money into my credit card, after that I called them for 15 times they don't answer, they did not call, they did not respond my emails, they just don't want to help, I ask for help or Refund and nothing! Simple they charge from credit card and that is ok!!! I demand that Companies like that don't be on the market, I also will write a reviews in many web sites around the world to let all people know about that..
