Me and my spouse have simply gotten a notice within the email our loan was offered to country celebrity mortgage. And quickly as anything was completed all heck broke shed about the the a few weeks. We phone plus they state disgard the letter. Huh? You tell me that I'm in standard and do not be worried about it. Liars. Our mortgage remains exactly the same after I citi mortgage offered my mortgage for them. I never had issues with citi. Never! These folks don't understand what they're performing plus they attempted to obtain me to change my mortgage. I told them no I'm sticking with the agreement I've. So that they include cash onto my mortgage calling it a accessment charge I stated what! They claim they'll not spend my homeowners insurance simply because they don't wish to. I mentioned it's in my own agreement that I spend it together. They declined and included the insurance along with my mortgage after which stated I had been behind since I've to pay for that in advance! I stated that is what I'm spending the mortgage for. The things they heck is incorrect with this company. They are horendous! Its usually something each month and my spouse ensures she retains every cost trigger she directs it having a money order. So that they cannot say she didn't deliver it trigger its within the money purchase using the stub. I'm for those who don't maintain documents they'll mess you. So I'm hoping we get free from this mortgage cause they're terrible. I am talking about terrible! Never knew these were this poor. I understood it once they delivered the change mortgage. I'm happy we didn't get it done cause these were attempting to lure us in stating we are able to reduce you mortgage. The moment you signal that thing-they may default you and promote your house. Trigger they may state you've not compensated them-and create rediculous cash seem in your mortgage for nothing to cause you to spend it. And should you cannot they promote your house. That is rediculous people. I really hope they get what's visiting them. They're the dirties financial institution I actually recognized and noticed of.
