Empire was nice enough not to show up for the installation today. The central customer service staff is very friendly and did an admirable job of leaving messages for the local office and sales associate; however, the local office a) never answered the phone and b) never called me back. The sales rep was smart enough not to leave a business card...
I'm on my way to Home Depot and plan to cancel this order.
