Stone Hotels may be the new supervisor of the timeshare I bought with my spouse about ten years ago from ILX. My spouse and that I divorced in 2005. I supplied ILX having a backup of the divorce decree and also the quit claim action giving the home to my ex-wife in 2005. ILX went broke last June, and today Stone Hotels, through the Initial Vacation Selection Owners Association has delivered me a statement for $709.55 to get a 2011 evaluation, with late fees included. I've not been an operator of the home for six decades. Donald C and Angela at Stone Hotels state I should search through my divorce documents and purchase a brand new backup of the quit claim action and send it for them, since somehow the report got dropped since ILX obtained it six years back. I lost around 30 minutes about the telephone with one of these men who believe it is okay to statement somebody and need anyone to do function once the wrong statement and function needed is a result of Stone Resortis and Initial Vacation Selection Owners Associationis bad record-keeping and bad administration. Don't conduct business with either of those businesses!
