I just want to commend one of their employees her name is Amonica Gibson and she is a Relationship Manager. She was always professional, reachable and always very mannerable. If I called her and she was away from her desk she would always return my call that same day. She is very caring and compasionate about her job. I hope Chase knows what they have in her. I was actually going on line to make a payment and started reading some of the complaints so I thought I would add my experience, a pleasant one because of Amonica Gibson.
