I would like to share my experience with one of your Sales Representatives, Scott McDuffie. I was interested in recarpeting my whole house and he was very knowledgeable about the product and installation. He spent 3 hours with us, going over all the details, getting us a great discount, and giving us tips for installation day. Scott was just very professional and courteous.
