Scott McDuffie arrived on time and carefully explained the products that Empire has to offer. He is a true professional and explained the available discounts to my wife and I. There was no high pressure tactics used and Scott offered to schedule our installation at our conveniece, actually starting tomorrow morning. This was indeed a very satisfying experience.
