Two years ago a small business banker came to our office to sell us on Chase. We trusted this banker and moved all our business accounts to Chase. Shortly after we decided to purchase a new home, naturally we went to Chase. The mortgage broker gave us a story that since we are self employed he had to give us a loan at 11.25%, but promised it was only going to last for 2 months and they he would re-do the loan at a normal rate. When we went back he couldn't help us. We made our payments on time every month. We contacted Chase to see if we could work out a lower interest rate. The representative told us since we weren't behind in our payments he couldn't help us. He suggested we miss two payments and then they would talk with us. We did that and began the remod process 9 months ago. We have had the same issues as everyone on this blog, we made the temporary payments, we make phone calls on a weekly basis and no one returns our calls or has answers. Chase wastes so much money by sending out fex ex packages asking for documents they already have. We've even had their "door knockers" come to our home and tape a note on our door saying we are going to be foreclosed on! We have diligently tried to get this ironed out and all they are doing is giving us the run around. They sent us our "final" papers via fed ex and the packet listed one interest rate and the same day in the mail we got a letter listing the lower rate. We called and asked for them to implement the lower rate they offered us and they won't respond. We are left hanging out to dry. Our credit is shot, we can't get even a car loan, nor can we get a small loan for equipment we need for our business. If there is an organization out there who can help, please make yourself known, we would gladly pull all of our accounts from Chase and work with a reputable company. If anyone is initiating a law suit, please post, we are happy to join in.
