I been working with them since April. They keep requesting the same paperwork which i keep faxing to them. I know that they are receiving it because i call the next day. It is the middle of june and i have been on disability for four months from work. Now i am getting the run around where they transfer me 5 times and have me on hold for up to 20minutes. They denied my claim twice based on their opinion that i am not sending the paperwork which i have recorded as being sent. I am keep record of everything. And i will be looking at legal help shortly if they cannot get their responsibility in order. I am a big fan of companies taking responsibilities but when they don't i am glad to get the Government involved because it is our money that they gave to the bank to help the consumer not to fatten the ceo bonus!!!
