I have been promised a refund on the Acadamy registration and am still waiting. I was assured a quick refund by the sales manager and after calls, faxes, and assurance someone from the Quality Assurance Group, who supposedly has control over refunds would call me concerning this, I'm still waiting. Why is it so easy to charge my account within a day but so hard to get a refund? Very unhappy about the run-around on this.
