I agreed to the terms of the internet business, understand that there was a clause of IMMEDIATE REFUND if not totally pleased for $39.99. Found out that same day they took out of my account $139.99, stating that I should have read the fine print on the last page of the disclaimer.
Upon calling for a refund on the very next morning, I was given a refund authorization code that stated they would send it to me once management approved it. After 7 days and three calls, they informed me that my bank was blocking the refund for some reason. I checked with the bank, and they stated nothing was blocking it.
On the 6th and 7th call (now going into the 3rd week), I was told that management froze all the refunds as of last week and there will be no more refunds.
I asked to talk to a manager. After waiting on the phone for 22 minutes, some person came on and told me I have no options at this point and no refund would be made to me.
