About 3 years ago, we got our house built here in Mosscreek in Concord NC. All the windows on the street side have black shutters except for one corner windows. They inadvertently missed to installed them. One day last month we were observing our house from the street and comparing that to the neighborgs'. We quickly discovered the two missing shutters thathad never ben installed. Immediately I contacted Sheahomes. It took like a week before I got a response. Shannon apologized for the delay in getting back with me then suggested that I pay $50.00 due to the length of time since closing. I stated that the length of time did not make any difference because the builder omitted those items and I should not pay for them. I mentioned that I will not let this matter rest untill solution is find. Shannon wrote that the order is coming from the management. They suggested I sent $50 check written to Southend (their contractor) but it has to be mailed to Shannon attention. I was not thrill about it but I wanted the shutters to be installed then complaint furthermore. A friend of mine suggested that I contact PBS. That is why I sent to you this e-mail hoping that I can collect my $50.00 back because that was a bad judgement from Shannon and Sheahomes. I will appreciate your help very much.
