Purchased my home at 5061 Timber Falls Drive, Fort Mill, South Carolina, Lancaster County, Legacy Park South, in April, the following are dates in which I contacted DH Horton concerning a water coming into my kitchen when it rain extremely hard:
July 7, a representative Danny came out and had D.H. Horton remove the siding and replace the flashing or insolation.
May 28, Scott representing D.H. Horton came out and performed the same task that they did in 2008.
July I attempted to contact D.H. Horton on August 10,18, 19 and finally today, I spoke with Billy who answers the emergency number. I explained to Billy that this same window is leaking, Billy said he would do some research and get back with me. About 15-minutes later on August 24, Billy phoned to advised me that D.H. Horton isn't responsible NOW for the window.
Are you serious, the house is only 3 years old, and I've had problems since I purchased the home, NOW, why can't D.H. Horton be more responsible and replace the window.
