My husband and I would just like to say we believe that Lowes has the best customer service "hands down" in Terre Haute, Indiana of any major retailer or small chain we have encountered in this area. We just purchased all new appliance's. John Tomey was great, full of information and he knows his job and product. Misty Sue and Tony delivered the items and they were great too. We have almost always shopped Lowes and will continue to do so, they make it a point to provide excellent service and that is something you rarely find in this fast paced world.
