We signed a contract on April 17th to have our roof replaced with a metal roof, and put half the money down. The weather was bad for a couple of weeks so they didn't strip the shingles till May 1st. Then they left the roof exposed with tar paper only for THREE weeks before getting the styrofoam & wood firring strips installed May 16th. Then NOTHING! They have never come back! So a rainstorm came thru on Sunday, May 24th and leaked all into every room of our house. We fired Lyle Nifong and his company and are currently seeking legal venues to get our money back AND get the damage fixed on our house. Unfortunately, the insurance that Lyle claimed to have (I got copies) have come back as 'non-existent'. We will forever regret hiring this man.
