I'm not by yourself...! GMAC offered my mortgage for this organization & I'm not pleased. I had been provided financing change, but after waiting weeks & not receiving something concerning the modification I named again & was informed the initial individual "just recorded" my "financials" on my account, but that did only create records on my account. Meanwhile, all-they state would be to deliver just as much cash as you can to preserve me from foreclosure. These were delivering individuals to my doorway, taking photos of my home, & repeatedly making fliers providing me a (exactly the same mod. I've been waiting and focusing on for nearly annually) These kind of calls continued every couple weeks for weeks when I was put along & these were the truth is doing NOTHING! I eventually got a woman who stated she'd deliver a box that I acquired 3 nights later (cheers for WEEKS of lies & misinformation) After delivering the files & preliminary test cost I still get overdue updates, costs, & calls. They got many more weeks to react to the info I delivered them for that change. After contacting repeatedly & being decreased in one department. To a different, all requesting the exact same data. Directed at prior rep's., I'm still receiving overdue updates, late charges, & telephone calls from their selection department. (though I've been producing the "altered" funds). I get an attitude from repetitionis who inform me that I'm today nearly $8000 behind & they've not gotten a normal cost since January. Their paperwork stated to not deliver a normal cost along with the change funds, but nonetheless they display as though I'venot delivered them something since January.
Based On The regular claims, that not replicate any kind of change, I'm still receiving late fees etc. I've been pursuing their directions, achieving their needs for info., paperwork, etc., attempting to not shed my house... & I can't help but to feel like I'm being brought along towards the slaughter (foreclosure). I can't confidence SOMETHING some of them inform me given that they have previously lied & the tale may alter with each individual you talk to. Their hours of procedure are a laugh to get a organization of the character, but that is another gripe... I will just wish they'renot simply stringing people along to obtain just as much cash as you can before getting our homes... Best of fortune to most of US attempting to not shed our homes...
