ING Direct dedicated a deceptive foreclosure on my home. When I was in court handling the truth that the financial institution dedicated numerous disclosure violations, and trying to obtain the mortgage reinstated thru court motion, they persuaded Thomas Ogle from Coldwell Banker to devote a crime with him break right into our house and alter the locks while we were absent. This slimy "agent", Thomas Ogle, understand the home was in lawsuit, and he understand the financial institution was banned from performing an eviction action thru judge. He got it upon herself to miss any notice to leave/illegal detainer (foreclosure) procedure, and simply secure us out-of our house. He also illegitimate persuaded our HOA organization not to let's within our private neighborhood! Yes the home was within the banks title, but because of impending lawsuit, the financial institution could not do an eviction to obtain ownership. There must be writ of ownership released from the courtroom to be able to drive us to depart. But this laying, cheating, scum of the agent has were able to con everybody, police involved, into thinking he's the ability to interrupt in and alter the locks as the homeowner is absent! A legal problem is likely to be submitted, which man, along side whichever bank official, will be behind bars.
