On May 30 Property manager Beverly Sagehorn stopped me from moving into my home. She had maintenance clean out my house of all my personal property and appliances that day to keep me from living in it. They took me to court to evict and the Judge did in fact call it an illegal eviction. They tried to evict again and they did in fact tried to change the rules and regulations without having them approved by the state of Florida. Again illegal eviction. I faxed over all my evidence showing 5 years of illegal evictions and faxed over to state prosecutors my evidence. I am still being harassed and denied my gate pass. They also refuse to return my items they stole from my house. The threats and intimidation has become almost deadly with them trying to run me down with vehicles.
