Monster Mowers of Lancaster, California was implicated in a foreclosure eviction clean out of a home that had legally residing tenants on it. They illegally trespassed onto the property, threatened to break into the home and threatened the personal property and safety of one resident. The company was sued over the incident.
Owner Matthew Jay Cohick exhibited the behavior of a loud-mouthed lout and took no responsibility for his illegal actions which are violations of California laws.
He was hired by another company called Field Asset Services, Inc. Out of Austin, Texas. They all do the biding of OneWest Bank, IndyMac and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, who many have cited as being famous for their hideous illegal mortgage fraud, foreclosure fraud and illegal evictions practices.
Field Asset Services (along with Deutsche Bank), it should be mentioned, was also sued by a couple in Michigan for illegal break-in to trash out a property.
