Had my home financed thru Chase because of the UAW. Supposed to be a special program for union workers. Not TRUE!!!
Had my home sold to an individual & on the day of closing Chase changed the payoff amount & their lawyers Wilson & Assoc. Submitted a bill for 2000.00 more.
My buyer walked away mad as hell.
Before foreclosure was told by Chase to max out credit cards, empty my IRA account, & borrow money from friends & family. Was sent a package to fill out for financial help, which I did, but before it was approved by them, home was foreclosed on.
Was 3 payments behind. They sold a 165,000.00 home for 105,000.00 but wanted to charge my buyer 117,000.00. I should have left my loan with Fleet Mortgage.
Buyer had gotten financing at Peoples Mortgage in Nashville, TN. Who forged my name to all the contracts & paperwork. Turned them in to the DA in Nashville & they did nothing. Talked to a lawyer & he wanted me to sue the buyer & have him sue Peoples Mortgage.
