After calling to complain about phone calls from a man claiming to be from CHASE HOME MORTGAGE with a local office that does not exist in my area I called the 800 number for CHM to ask for an investigation. The woman would only say that they had a man with the same first name working in Arizona. I asked her to call the number that came up in my caller I.D. Or to let me speak to their security dept., she would not comply with either request. The best she would offer is to give me an 800# to have my name put on a "do not call list". She didn't get it, the caller did not work for Chase Home Mortgage, the caller was using their name in an attempt to acquire customer information. This did not seem to be Chase's problem nor did they seem concerned enough to train their androids to respond to this customer issue. Way to go Chase.
