I submitted remod app. Additional info was requested and submitted. 3 months goes by with no response. I phone to inquire on status and am told package has been sent to underwriter. 1 week later a letter dated the day of my phone inquiry says remod was declined for lack of documentation. A subsequent phone call revealed all documentation requested was provided and that the file would be revisted and would take another 30-90 days. What up??? Clearly Chase is not interested in following through with home remods.
