It is so annoying as no body understands whats happening. 9 weeks before I had been cheated by One West/IndyMac into thinking these were likely to alter my mortgage. Because it works out, it had been a reimbursement strategy concealed like a "Test Change" probably the most worrying component is I obtained a notice 2 nights after I created my last "Test Change" cost dated 2 times before stated cost was due our modification was refused because of insufficient supporting documentation. Are you kidding me? 150 websites of paperwork and today you'll need more? One West/IndyMac is actually the toughest bank available and just there cash whether or not their clients were "missled" right into a poor mortgage with a "questionable" agent that misrepresented there items.
