I was one of the unfortunate individuals who did financing with IndyMac, which the FDIC gave to One West Bank. I always paid my mortgage on time in fact I actually doubled the mortgage payments most of the time. At the end, this bank was one of the worst to deal with, couldn't talk to just one person, couldn't get them to do any adjustments, instead they would prefer forcing you in foreclosure any way they could and to get you to give them a thank you for doing it. I paid my loan off in Full today, I will never sign another mortgage agreement that allows ONE WEST BANK to acquire my mortgage.
