I've been looking to get financing mod from Indymac/One West bank since March that has been nearly annually today! They accepted me, they disapproved me, they contact me, I contact them... Nobody understands exactly what the heck is certainly going on! They shed my files I deliver them, they mix-up my documents with different individuals and also have the incorrect details about me. It's this type of annoying and screwed-up procedure. I severely cannot think that this sort of scenario may simply keep occurring, and not just in my experience but everybody people weak spirits that's Indymac as our mortgage company! Anything absolutely must be achieved about them, they ought to not be permitted to maintain company. I've completed anything they've requested me to complete and today I'm totally frustrated and need some action taken against Indymac!
