He turns up a couple of days later BY HAVING AN ENTIRE GROUP OF VISITORS!!! These folks strolled throughout my home without my consent. Subsequently as he is departing he claims " you've thirty days to locate a new location, I simply offered the home to these folks". But proceeds to express " You've been excellent tenants I'll provide you with a excellent research". EXACTLY WHAT THE HELL?
As it pertains to my deposit? He retains 200 (that will be illegitimate in mi and he understands this because he is an attorney). Subsequently spins around and costs me 400 more bucks for washing the home (that was previously pristine) and excursions towards the gasoline stop and shop together with his vehicle to buy issues for that home (that was currently possessed by another person).
