The Landlord has declined to correct home. Landlord can also be the attorney who directs you-our judgments about the 4th of the Month. He employs his attorney methods from the tenants. Violence is his crucial device. Small Home Mangament Corp may be the title. Their name is Hubert Young. I place in workorders for items to be set. Your kitchen sink cupboard was nearly falling-off the wall. This past year the water program returned up within the home and flooded your kitchen floor and cabinents. The system was duplex. Our friend water was arriving my home. It got 3 times before they arrived out. He guaranteed a brand new drain but never got one. Floor had some openings inside it and was going. Jan the new hot water heater broke. He set a 6ft bit of plywood within the ground. Which was his fix. Administration will not speak with you. Feb they delivered notice ending my rent. I delivered them a notice observing the problem using the device and informed them I'd be starting an esrow consideration about the fifth of March. He never replied but on March 4th he set a view set for March lease. That ended me from starting an escrow account against him. After being evicted within the same I month I visited courtroom and got his jugdment ignored since I settled the statement. He preliminary delivered a notice saying I smashed the rent and that I owe for work and substance purchase to repair the home. Statement for components alone $715.00. Splitting the rent/work costs were 2756.00. Last lease authorized was 5yrs ago. Named work after getting his statement and advised I argue with all the costs. I had been on the every month rent. Desired to challenge the supplies expenses. I had been advised I'd obtain a telephone call back. Alternatively I acquired a view delivered for 2755.00 problems and lease, 655.00 for his attorney costs. The Statement of facts had $1600 for supplies. He believed I'd not challenge this since I really could not manage an attorney. The reciepts posted were to get a fresh drain, cupboard, floorboards etc. I assure I'm not first. Spouse may be the Supervisor, boy responsible for Maintance.
