I had ordered that part in November. Lights2you.com sent the wrong part because thay are mixed up, they admit this.
Lights2you.com asked me to ship the part in question back to them, i did just that
Robyn at Lights 2you.com refuse to refund my return shipping charge of $8.12.
Lights2you.com are only interested in ripping off the lighting consumer, don't care about product, customer service, building an honest business. Lights 2 you does not stand for itself never mind do anything for a customer except lie and cheat for anything from 8 bucks to whatever then can scam
Over a $8.12 shipping charge they lost a customer and also lost much customer goodwill as i have made a hobby of reporting this on the internet so everyone can know how low some business sink for $8 dollars
There are so many lighting retailers and discount houses on the internet with good service, any company would be a big step up from these low life. Steer clear. Take your business elsewhere
