So Cal sent the wrong product and won't replace it
I ordered a 150 ft spool of 120V rope lights. When the package arrived, the invoice indicated that the product was indeed 120V rope light. I followed the directions included and proceeded to cut the rope light to length and install the plug that was shipped with the lights. When the lights did not light up, I discovered a small sticker on the bottom spool that read 12V.
I contacted the company and was told that I needed to purchase a second spool of lights as I had uncoiled and cut the original lights.
The only solution offered by So Cal was for me to make a second purchase because of their shipping erro
