I acquired a probate lawyer who delivered them three licensed letters requesting information on the mortgage, payback quantity etc. Nowadays, 7 days prior to the 6-month anniversary of his demise, they contact me and inform me I'm in standard, and should spend the total amount in seven days... However they cannot tell me the total amount till I send them 6 files. She claims lots of legalese, specifics lots of hoops I have to jump through. Then she calls me back and claims she "forgot one depth - do not be surprised from the foreclosure notice I've to deliver you, simply dismiss it." Therefore - they dismissed my demands for info (delivered with certifed death cert, backup of will, etc), the probate lawyers THREE licensed characters, but suggest I'venot attempted to get hold of them? This is the way these folks create their cash. They are available in after somebody has died, they wait til the finish of the "grace time", make use of a large amount of authorized phrases and throw-in foreclosure, and that I guess lots of seniors or consumed with stress people simply cave and signal the home over. Not me! I've a lawyer and that I'll fight them towards the last with this. Don't opt for the corporation until you need to cause your kids lots of pain after your death!
