This company approached us on Feb 24th of the year. They stated to “have a customer for the timeshare”. The customer was prepared to spend top-dollar (nearly $15,000), and all we had a need to do was spend $1250.00 to get a “title research, report planning, and final fees”. We settled the $1,250.00 and were informed to anticipate the finished final files when the name research was completed. We were informed the customer had previously devoted to the purchase.
After waiting the two months and reading nothing, we named Initial (many times till we were ultimately ready to obtain somebody about the telephone) simply to be informed the customer had supported out-last moment. We were also informed our “title search” resources were non refundable plus they suddenly covered us down. We recognized at this time we'd been obtained. We've since been provided the run-around by Initial Reps, with no purchase or follow-up whatsoever.
Therefore we started to do some study with this firm and discovered many more online who've had same or comparable encounters with this same company. As it happens the corporation was simply integrated 14 days prior to the phone we obtained from their website. We've also looked all of the handles about the companies of D&H Marketing Affiliates and also the several different companies under related titles using the same officials, plus they are possibly personal homes or mailboxes. After searching more we think this company wasn't a certified advertising company within the state-of Florida.
It seems (atleast to us) this is only a fraud which takes benefit of people like us wishing they'd never actually purchased a timeshare to start with. To include insult to damage we're today cheated for another $1,250.00 which we certainly can't afford within this economy. It's tragic!
