I live in this apartment for almost three years and during those three years I had numorous complain. The original owner of the apartment sold this place to new managment and after that I wanted to opt out of the contract and they will not let me. So I gave them the notice for 60 days on my intent to vacate their apartment and during that time the managment even towed my car cause I had a low air pressure in one of the tire. They were saying that I had a flat tire that's why they towed the car. So when it was my time to leave the apartment I cleaned everything as I have done in my previous two apartment and assume that everything is fine and lord behold I got a letter from the apartment that I owed them $740. My security deposite was $300 and when I called the apartment to resolve the issue the ass. Manager was the place was dirty and I knew for fact that I cleaned it. They charged me $85 for painting. Isn't it yearly maintenance that they never did when I was around and how convenient that they charge that on me. Next one was $260 it only vaguly says that apartment was dirty and I know for fact we cleaned it before we left as we have done with other two apartments and they did not complain. The apartment been fixing there roof since last six months and all those noises drives you crazy will they pay you back the rent for all their disturbance. They won't! Next one is 377.78 for changing carpet. There were no visible marks or nothing on the carpet and they still say that it got be changed. When you find someone else to pay how convenient! I never had this kind of experience with my apartment and I been living in them almost all of my life. It is not about the money but when someone tries to take unfair advantage of good hard working people it just piss you off.
